The Inclusion Policy is designed to promote equity, diversity and inclusion in your organization and to show that you value these principles.
The Inclusion Policy should be enacted and be the part of internal law of your organization. All members should be informed about the Policy, its meaning, goals and rules. The Policy should be updated regularly to be in line with the current recommendations and regulations.
The document hereby is a template of Inclusion Policy for youth think tank. It was written according to the Implementation guidelines Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Inclusion and Diversity Strategy.
It provides you with the examples of paragraphs, mechanisms and procedures as well as guidelines. It aims to help you to create your organization’s Inclusion Policy. You can adapt it to your needs.
