At the turn of May and June, the Kickoff meeting took place as part of our project “Think Tank – Chance for Youth” in Corfu, Greece! During the Kickoff meeting, we summarized the project activities to date in Poland, Greece, and the Czech Republic. We discussed, among other things, the establishment and commencement of 3 think tanks: SIPE Silesian Institute of Political Education, EmbraceAll Hub, and Mosaic Minds.
Present at the meeting were the Director of SIPE, Wiktor Oleś, and Alina Prochasek, Vice President of the FEIS Foundation. Greece was represented by the CEO of EUphoria Youth Lab, Kelly Manuoudi, and the project coordinator, Giannis, while the Czech Republic was represented by project coordinator Sampras Femi and activist Petrklic Help.
Thanks to meetings like this, together with partners from Greece and the Czech Republic, we are able to coordinate project activities in 3 countries and ensure the quality of activities and project results. While in Corfu, we also visited local cultural centers and got to know local customs, cuisine, and culture.
