From 25 to 27 January 2025, the Think Tank – Chance for Youth partners gathered in Nafplio, Greece, for the final evaluation meeting. This concluding event provided an opportunity to reflect on the project’s journey, assess its impact, and discuss strategies for ensuring long-term sustainability.
Key Discussion Areas
🔹 Project Achievements Review – Partners revisited the core milestones, including the establishment of youth think tanks, the creation of key educational tools (Toolkit & E-learning Course), and the implementation of study visits.
🔹 Final Report Indicators – A thorough analysis of both quantitative and qualitative impact indicators was conducted to ensure accurate documentation of the project’s success.
🔹 Sustainability and Future Collaborations – Discussions centered around maintaining the results beyond Erasmus+ funding, including ways to continue supporting youth think tanks, integrating project tools into national frameworks, and developing follow-up initiatives.
🔹 Lessons Learned & Best Practices – Partners shared reflections on challenges faced, effective management strategies, and improvements for future youth-led initiatives.
🔹 Evaluation of Youth Involvement – Special focus was placed on assessing the participation of young people in the project and identifying ways to further enhance youth-led governance and decision-making.
Final Thoughts
The Nafplio meeting officially concluded the Think Tank – Chance for Youth project, but it also marked the beginning of new collaborations.
